Tadanafil is a medication that is used to treat erectile dysfunction in males (also called sexual impotence). Cmoapi tadanafil powder belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These medications stop an enzyme known as phosphodiesterase type-5 from acting too quickly. One of the sites where this enzyme acts is the penis.
Erectile dysfunction is a disorder in which a man’s penis does not stiffen and expand when sexually excited, or when he is unable to maintain an erection. When a guy is sexually stimulated, his body’s natural reaction is to increase blood flow to his penis in order to achieve an erection. Tadanafil, through regulating the enzyme, aids in the maintenance of an erection after the penis has been stroked by increasing blood flow to the penis. Tadanafil will not function to generate an erection unless there is an actual movement to the penis, such as during sexual intercourse.
Tadanafil is also used to treat males who have BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) (BPH). An enlarged prostate causes BPH. Men with BPH typically have difficulties urinating, a reduced flow of urination, hesitation at the start of urination, and the need to wake up in the middle of the night to urinate. Tadanafil will alleviate these symptoms and lower the likelihood of requiring prostate surgery.
Tadanafil is administered orally in tablet form. The strength of these tablets typically ranges between 2.5 and 20 milligrammes (mg). Tadanafil pills can be taken once daily or as needed. If you take these once a day, your doctor will usually start you on a dose of about 2.5 mg and gradually increase it accordingly on how well it works for you and whether you experience any adverse effects. Take only one pill per day. You must take the tablets at the same time every day to ensure constant amounts of medication in your system.
Because the drug is always in your system, you can have an erection without having to take the right steps. You can have sex whenever you want. When used as needed, your doctor would most likely start you at around 10 mg per day. You should be able to have sex about 30 minutes after taking the tablet. To treat BPH, the usual dose of Tadanafil is 5 mg per day.
Serious side effects are uncommon, occurring in less than one in every 1,000 people. Stop using Tadanafil immediately and consult a doctor if you have any of the following symptoms:
- Chest pains – if this occurs during or after sex, attempt to relax by sitting in a semi-sitting position (remember do not use nitrates for chest pain while taking tadanafil).
- Prolonged or maybe painful erections – if you have an erection that lasts longer than 4 hours, you must see a doctor right away
- Sudden problem with your eyesight or hearing
- A serious skin reaction – symptoms may include red raised patches on your skin or red spots (hives), a swollen face and swelling around the eyes.
